Together, we will explore the depths of the feminine energy and learn how to access our sexual energies, our yin and our yang, our darkness and our light. You will connect deeply with your Self and gain tools that allow you to access your inner wisdom in your daily life through a variety of modalities: meditation, movement, group engagement, self-exploration, and deeply nourishing food.
